I am spending some time this week putting my marketing plan in place. I am working on my next direct mail card that will target realtors and homeowners not only for staging, I will also be offering help with de-cluttering, graduation/party events and room redesigns. I am working with a firm to help me with the details and the right way to convey all these services on one card.
I don’t have to use signs but I found some…….shall we say, interesting and creative ways that realtors and homeowners used marketing on their “For Sale” signs.
